Hello! I’m subletting my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. It includes a full shower/tub, a comfortable living room and work area, plenty of closet space, and a projector with Apple TV and Youtube TV subscriptions.
It’s located right between Grand Street and Metropolitan Ave in Williamsburg and a quick walk to the Apple Store, Whole Foods, and Equinox. Amazing restaurants around the block and a great but PRICEY winebar downstairs. Disclaimer: I don’t really go out to restaurants but people talk.
I’ll be at home in NJ and ideally looking for a responsible, clean individual to take over my apartment. If you create any kind of content, the apartment is very well set up for you. I’m a part-time musician and record, film, and live stream here.
The building is quiet, especially my floor. I have a few friends in the building who can help out with anything you need.

Let’s talk about some CONS:
- It’s a six floor walk-up. I love it because I have no one above me and my knees are good, but it’s not for everyone. We’re not talking a narrow stuffy staircase though. Nice and wide through every floor of the building.
- No dishwasher, no laundry machine. Laundromat right around the corner and pickup laundry service down the street.
- I have an AC unit in the apartment that cools the entire place down if you leave it running most of the day, but my bedroom as a fire escape so there’s not a unit directly in my room.
- It’s an old building. I think everything is perfectly suitable but if you’re looking for shiny new appliances and laminate flooring you won’t find it here.
- Due to the nature of my apartment, the audio equipment, the guitars, the quiet neighbors, etc. I’m looking for one person to occupy this space and keep it smoke, pet, and party free.
